Issue - UI of create group page not correctly aligned.
Steps to reproduce -
1. Create a group after logging into scalablec.
2. Unexpected user interface on the create group page.
Resolution - The color scheme and UI text structure for the create group page needs to be well-defined and kept in sync with the other pages.

CSS errors corrected in the file inner_group_create.htm located in the folder public_html/themes/default/templates.
