Issues -
1. Send an invite body message (receiver's e-mail and message) should be replaced by invitation confirmation after the invitation has been send.
2. Invitation sent menu should be removed from the top of "Send an invite" menu. It should appear as a message.
Steps to reproduce -
1. Go to "my account" page.
2. Click on "Invite a Friend" option.
3. Both the above reported issues occur.
Resolution - Send an invite menu should be replaced by a status message, which confirms that the invitation has been send. We can redirect it to another page, where we give 2 options to users.
1. Invite another friend;
2. Return to home page (My Account page).

A few changes had to be made to the file "friendinvite.php" to correct this issue. The aforementioned file is present in the root directory itself.
